Building Generational Wealth

Business ownership is the key to reducing the wealth gap between communities of color and the white community. A primary challenge for Black and Brown founders is access to capital. The SBIR/STTR program, America’s seed fund, provides over $3 billion to small companies to assist with bringing innovative products to market. However, the program still underperforms with providing capital to companies led by Black and Brown CEOs and principal investigators.

Help us address this problem by completing the survey.  We are collecting information to understand challenges that applicants of color have in navigating the SBIR process so that appropriate interventions can be designed to eliminate those problems.

All of the information collected in non-attributable. No personal identifiable information is collected or shared.
